At first, all I applied for was a job.. I needed money. The management team Clint & Jordan were more like mentors for me. Helping through every obstacle I encountered. I've only be here for 2 months and I just want to say, I am SUPER EXCITED. Huge thank you to the management team. Give them a raise for the hard work and dedication they place on their employees.. I feel like family.

I have always had a pretty good experience here. I occasionally have to wait a few minutes before being helped, but that is not a big deal considering how busy they get sometimes. The staff I have interacted with previously have always been knowledgeable and helpful. I went in recently with my disabled nephew to help him get set up with new satellite service. The competitor he previously had service with (not naming names, although I should), gave him a real rotten deal. Poor guy. At any rate, we stopped by here and Michael H. assisted us. He answered all of our questions (yes, we had a lot!) and made the entire process of getting new service easy and efficient. We were in and out within an hour, if not less. My nephew actually got his new service installed the very next day!!

The service was Great and the Employees were very attentive especially the young gentleman who helped us he was patient and understanding with me and I like that he wasn't trying to rush me off to run to another customer he stayed and handled our internet situation from beginning to end with no attitude, frustration, or sour customer service! I'm very pleased and My Husband and I will continue to go to that store! Thanks for Everything!! ~Teri M.

Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Always prompt to greet you and help with whatever you need. Great selection of service plans to choose from. I received next day install (on a Saturday!) Sooo I must say that worked out quite nicely for me : )
