This is not an hourly job, this job's pay is based on how many people you know, and how many of those people you can get to sit down with you. On their website it says "Our reps receive a guaranteed base pay" but this means you get a guaranteed pay per showing you do. Not per week. nor per hour. This is not a reliable source of income, stay away If you are looking for a Reliable Job that pays consistently.
