My wife and I sashayed into here after a visit to another business. Weren't really planning on talking to a sales person but as we were looking one walked up. We discussed our plans and he shared what they do and their cost which is very reasonable. A pleasant professional experience.

I had a really bad experience with these people a year ago. But one of the vanities in my house got some water damage, and I thought I’d give these people another try because of the convenience of having cabinets pre-fabricated and ready to install. I called up a couple weeks ago asked them if they had what I was looking for they said yes! a week later I called and ordered it, I gave them all the dimensions and they said everything would be ready. I went a couple days after that to pick it up, and they didn’t have anything ready... They had not remember anything I wanted, Forgot and didn’t write down dimensions. That guy literally had one job to do, one job, and couldn’t do that. This place is a joke and makes home-improvement a nightmare.

I remodeled a home in Oklahoma City a few month ago. The service we received from Cabinet outlet was great. The cabinets were very nice for the price. They worked with us to get the best value. The counter tops look great and the installation was excellent. They left the job clean and were here when they said they would. Ron Mead

I went in for a countertop quote and no way would I ever buy from this place. As soon as I walked through the door this guy was looking at his cell phone, and didn't even look at me for about 3 minutes before he nonchalantly said, "can I help you" still looking at his phone! There was no one else in the store on a Saturday, now I know why. I almost walked out right then, but I at least wanted to see if they were competitive in price. I knew what I needed except I really wanted to see materials up close, but then this guy really insulted my intelligence by not listening to my measurements and then saying what I wanted is really expensive like too expensive for you. I know he doesn't make much money working in that place, but he doesn't know me or what I do for a living. I decided right then, I would never buy from this place, despite the price, but since I was there, I gotta quote. What this guy called expensive lets me know he's not only in my class, but not even in the same school. One guy there was nice, but sometimes one jerk can ruin the whole experience. Needless to say, I went with someone else.

Brian did a really good job helping me out with getting the kitchen exactly how we wanted it with the type of cabinets and everything. I was only able to pick between two different colors for my finish on the style cabinets I wanted. I also have a beam going through my kitchen that would affect the vent hood placement; which will also mess with my cabinet placement. everything went good until it was time to order, they wouldn't give me any dimensions to verify my hood placement and cabinet sizes to make sure certain thing fit in them. As a cabinet installer I would never get anything from here because if they're off by a quarter inch on anything you just bought $8000 worth of cabinets that you can't get changed. That's all he needed to provide to finish a big sale. Just input from Someone who installs cabinets for a living. Also really poor quality!!
