We got kitchen countertops and a tile backsplash. It has totally changed the look of our kitchen for the better. Their sales representative brought samples to our home to decide on, an experienced installer came and made detailed templates, then a few weeks later our install took just one day. The installers were friendly and professional and kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up well after they were finished. Highly recommended!
We love our new countertops! We were upgrading from the original white laminate counters, but we had a nice tile backsplash throughout the kitchen and bathrooms that also matched the shower and floor tiles, so we didn't want to have to deal with the damage removing the old countertops might have done to the tile. Plus, we've had granite countertops before and I didn't like the fact that they need to be sealed or else they start to stain over time. Granite Transformations is the best of both worlds- they did our overlays in the kitchen & 3 bathrooms in 1 day, and they are permanently sealed! And we found a pattern that looks fantastic with our existing cabinets and tile. The customer service was also amazing, they came all the way to Enid for no extra charge, and the gentleman who did our consult was very patient while we looked at all the options. The installers were also great to work with and very good at explaning the process. We highly recommend them! Oh- my parents have Granite Transformations in their house in CO, and they told me they dropped a wine glass from the cabinet one day and it bounced, totally undamaged. Another bonus!
Our kitchen was 15 years old, in great condition but dated. Updated to a composite Farmhouse style sink and granite countertops with glass backsplash. Excellent materials and craftmanship, installers were true professionals. We will have them back to do our bathrooms and fireplace surround next.
We first called Granite Transformations for a free estimate to update our dated kitchen. We reached out to GT as we have seen them in HGTV and the kitchen redo's were gorgeous! And the fact that there's is zero demolition...which was a huge concern of ours due to the outdated kitchen consisted of small white tile and that small tile backsplash. Kenny came to the house, he was very patient ; with us as we walked thru what we were wanting and then the samples! Wow..the samples, so many different options to choose from! We ended up signing a contact that day. About three weeks later, Mike came to the house and did the stenciling of the countertops and backsplash. Mike was very professional, courteous and personal. About another three weeks later, Mike and Keith came out to install...these fellas were awesome! They are truly professionals as their end product is just beautiful! We have zero complaints. It took them a day and a half to complete. No dust, no mess, no glue, no imperfections..just plain AWESOMENESS! We highly recommend Granite Transformations OKC team, and my breath is taken every time I walk into my kitchen...it's truly transformed, and it gets even better: our countertops have a lifetime warranty! Granite Transformations was the RIGHT choice!
BEWARE-- I just want to share my experience with Granite Transformations.The sales team presented information that was not true and was uncovered when the installers came to measure. I recommend having your own kitchen sink and faucet installed instead of buying through Granite Transformations. The company sent two faucets and both of them were used. The stainless steel kitchen sink they installed must be of low quality stainless steel as it scratches any time a dish is allowed to reach the bottom of the sink while trying to wash hand dishes or when there is no water in the sink also. Really . . . now I have a sink that I can't let any dishes touch! Since their stainless steel sinks are such low quality, I feel that the sales team should have mentioned that they will scratch upon a dish touching sink surface. I am satisfied with my granite cabinet tops and backsplash and the installers are the best construction team I have worked with.
Happy to see some customers happy here wish I could say the same. Owner/sales rep presented every thing very clear and told me what I could expect when they're crew came out to start the job. Total opposite once the workers were here, did not do everything that was in my layout/agreement. From being prompt with told timeline, quality of work, clean up, and all around PR and communication. Didn't do everything I was told I could expect and still wanted the same pay. I sure wish I could go to my place of employment and do a fraction of my job and tell them they still owe me in full. I can only hope that this gets read by owners and potential customers and everyone takes it for what it is.TRUTH
The current owners were able to match the GT counter purchased several years ago when we wanted the same color in our bedroom. They did a competent job.
We are very happy with working with this Company. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The Installers were great, right on time, and did an outstanding job for us!
We love our new kitchen! The back splash, counter tops, and new sink are perfect. Would recommend this company to anyone.
I love my countertop and backsplash. But since install my stove hood had to be replaced, and of course it is a different size. What can we do about the 2" gap?
