In order to keep myself from going over the bandwidth cap via -normal- usage, I had to update to a business class package for internet that costs about $150 for internet alone. Customer Service is terrible. I wish I could rate a 0 of 5. PS - How bad is it that I want Comcast?!? Unfortunately Cable (N)One is the only provider in my area :(. UPDATE: finally moving out of the area, and Cable (N)One's prices are awful compared to Comcast in Abq. I pay $139 with Cable (N)One for 200mb and a 1tb data cap... Comcast has a plan where I'm moving for 400mb with no data cap for $90!!! Insanity how they allowed the monopoly to exist.

Good work but they never gave me the call ahead that they were supposed to before showing up. They just showed up which I figured if i wasn't there I would of had to reschedule I bet. Thought that was a little shady..other than that all went well

If you are new to the area, get Century link. Their installers are kind as well as their customer service reps. Sadly, their data cap is what earns them 1 star. I had to constantly upgrade in order to stay under the cap. I wasn't getting the speed they advertised. I ended up switching to Century link. Their speeds are lower but I can actually use my devices and internet without worrying about a notification saying I'm over the cap. If Cable one actually cared about the feedback they receive they would fix their data cap. Until then, they will lose more and more customers. I would love to hear if they have any plans to change but I'm not holding my breath.
