Cody, the manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always made sure I was getting the best price and informed me when a price of a product I was interested in dropped. He is keeping me apprised of the proposed release date for a phone I am anticipating. Everyone in the store is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. It's never too busy and they take the time they need to get you what you want.

Isaac greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner. He listened patiently to my problem and suggested how I could fix it at home. As I told him that I would need explicit instructions from him, he graciously offered to fix the problem while I waited. He did so while effectively dealing with other customers who entered the store during his effort to take care of my issue. Isaac is a professional staff member who treats his customers properly. I was very satisfied with this experience in is store.

Came in and Isaac greeting me and I needed help with my phone security and he not only helped with my security he got me affordable wifi and got my landline and also a tablet and two phones I felt confident and i trusted him and he is the best!

Today i went into Verizon with my daughter with concerns about her phone. Isaac Vega helped us and he was more than patient. I appreciate a sales person who actually practices customer service. Thank you Isaac and give him a raise.
