Went in to look at bikes as a way to cross train in addition to the running I do. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find exactly the type of bike I needed. Nothing overly priced or flashy. Just a decent bike to get out and get some miles with or go on rides with friends. Never once tried to talk me into a more expensive bike or upsell on products. Highly recommend going here and checking them out.
Went in for what should have been a fairly easy transaction. However the customer service was horrendous and they know absolutely nothing about spin shoes and also gave inaccurate advice in an incredibly condescending manner. For the employees who work there, it’s ok if you don’t know something but please do not pretend like you do. I would avoid this place like the plague and go to any other bike shop in the area. Edit: I was in the store Tuesday 1/10 around 3:30pm. Feel free to contact me for more information. I’m an avid cyclist and worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is the first negative review I’ve written….
We stopped in for some ride snacks and gloves. They have a little of everything. The guys working there are real good friendly. They also have an air pump if you need to fill up.
I have had multiple devices experiences with Cadence and I also bought my wahoo smart trainer from there is well. The customer service is top notch. Always with a smile. They do an amazing job servicing my bike and complete every job in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to serve their clients. Anyone I know who needs anything bike related gets referred to my friends at Cadence.
Dropped off my mountain bike for service. Their mechanics went above and beyond. They were able to figure out the issue with my front fork without having to rebuild it. Very friendly and knowledgeable shop.
Stopped in for something in these guys took good care of me. Had an issue with my tire and they showed me what it was. Swapped out for a new one and had one of the best rides in a while
Quick and easy to get what I needed. Answered all my questions very respectfully and told me exactly what I needed to know and I got the right equipment for my bike.
The crew at Cadence rocks. I regularly take my bikes there for routine service and major repairs. Most recently I needed to have my rear suspension and my fork serviced. A lot of bike shops would send to the manufacturer to have serviced which could take weeks. Cadence was able to do the repairs in-house and had my bike ready in days after dropping off. Ryan, Quinn, Matt and the rest of the mechanics never disappoint. Highly recommend this shop!
Great service in helping me with repairs on my mountain bike, also gave a personalized recommendation for buying a new bike. Good shop with a wide selection of products and accessories.
Completed my first especially long ride and needed something in my system because I was SO exhausted to get home haha, wish I got his name but was super helpful in telling me that they had snacks and a cafe inside! Was able to get a clif bar to head home and would 100% come back due to feeling welcome and the quick service!
