Very nice used bike shop. The price is reasonable and their refurbished just work like the new one. Customer Service is very nice and friendly. They explained everything related to the bike to you. They also provide reasonable price class and workshop for you to come and learn how to repair the bike. What a wonderful small business they are. Please come and support their business and keep this wonderful business continues.
The staff was very sweet and incredibly patient. I needed a mug guard on my new bike and I’ve never bought one before but not once did I get that salesman like experience that we all are accustomed to with regular bike shops. It’s a very different atmosphere almost like a sense of camaraderie and community for cyclist. Please spread the word to donate to this wonder org and learn more about it. I honestly fell in love. Btw it cost me only $3 for the guard but I personally had to donate an extra $5 just for org!
Friendly, quick, and excellent service that's very affordable. I brought in a vintage bike that needed a new derailleur and they taught me about the problem, replaced it with a similar piece, diagnosed other problems and fixed those too all for under $30! A lot of affordable odds and ends like bike bags, reflectors, and parts if you're into fixing your own bike.
The people assigned at the front as cashiers/ one of the volunteers in the back they're rude and angry. I learned that you have to not rush and be respectable and pay attention when repairing your bicycle. Also plan in advance, life is easier that way, certainly. That and a collected at ease demeanor.
Very impressed with the organization. What they do for the youths, a wide range of ages, giving back to the community by working with the kids, giving them guidance, work skills, and a safe place. Excellent
Great service! They fixed my bike in 15 minutes. English is not my native language and I couldn't explain some details, but they have a Russian speaking staff member. I’m very happy and will recommend this place to everyone.
I love supporting neighborhood bike works!!! My children went through the summer program and now I go there to fix my bike and remember humanity!
awesome staff that helped me fix up my bike! for sure donate if you can, these guys are awesome
Came in because my bike's front wheel got stolen; got a replacement wheel at a very reasonable price. I forget the name of the dude who was working there 3/18/21, but he was such a nice mechanic. He showed me how to tune up my brakes and derailleur as he did it, and that's what I love about this place— they don't just give you a fish, but they also teach you how to fish!
I had been trying to fix a scooter tire for the past two hours, they helped me in less than two literal minutes. They have the tools and the knowledge! Please come by and donate! Lots of cool bycicles and parts for purchase too!
