Caffe Nero

The food was good but I have never encountered a more rude person in my life. One of the women working was wonderful and helpful but the other woman was hands down the rudest person and cruel for no reason. She snatched a sandwich away from me when I told her it wasn’t what I had ordered, then threw the correct sandwich on the counter when it was done without a word but a hard eye roll. My friend tried to order a drink and this woman was impatient and clearly annoyed when asked any questions about the menu. There was no one else waiting to order and the store was nearly empty. She evidently wanted to go back to talking to her co-worker and we wouldn’t want to get in the way of her conversation with our business, so we will not be returning to this location.

Pricey, and unfriendly. The staff needs a little more help with the concept of customer service. The cappuccinos are about 80% foam.Food: 2/5

My chai latte was a bit lacking in flavor. However, the macaron I got was great and the I very much enjoyed the warmth and ambience of this cafe.

Food is sugar, no keto options, mostly unhealthy. But I love this place because of the people and atmosphere.Food: 4/5

Good ambiance. Has Wifi access. Coffee is OK, but Starbucks is better.

The chai latte cost $6.31 and tasted like a cold oatmeal smoothie. So much sugar and like zero caffeine...

A staff was rude and quite unfriendly. The atmosphere of the cafe is good, but she was unfriendly to a few people. I think that needs to be improved
