There is nothing more lovely than stopping at the local cafe for a good conversation accompanied with some espresso and gelato. This spot does the job really nicely. Of course, this is NYC and places like these tend to cater almost exclusively to tourists, so if you’re visiting and you want the tourist New York experience this place is for you. I am not really the kind of person who would write a whole thing about which cannolo is best but the ones I’ve had here was really nice and I guess did the job at tasting like cannoli. The coffee is delicious, stop by. Don’t expect great service during waves of tourism, on down times, definitely expect it.
I have always loved that place! Love the dynamic of this coffee shop. Great cookies and laid back atmosphere This is what an old school NYC coffee shop is all about
Had lovely hot chocolate and delicious mint chip gelato and pistachio cannoli! The hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever had!
Loved this place so much, it was so beautiful both aesthetically speaking and food wise, their flay white was on point and their tiramsa was so amazing, I'm craving one right now! Would go there after a bit of shopping in soho
First place I've been too with actually good espresso. Most coffee shops I've been to have wildly under or overdeveloped espresso, to the point where I was worried I simply didn't like it. This place does it right. The texture is there, the strength is there, its got that subtle bitterness that you want out of espresso. I couldn't recommend it enough!
Zero star if possible; the person at the cashier instructed us to order from the table, but no one came to get our order for 20 minutes. Waiters definitely saw us waiting, but didn't bother to take order. As we were about to exit the cafe, one of them came to the table to pick up our menu. They probably aren't interested in running this business.
I had delicious coffee and very good ricotta cannoli. The atmosphere and customer service was good
Cute cafe, unique cappuccinos with different flavors to try and very friendly staff!
Nice ambiance and vibe to the place, the decor seems pretty authentic. The people running the Caffe were extremely welcoming and friendly. We ordered a cannoli, which was good, and a chocolate mousse cheesecake, which was really excellent. The hot chocolate was also lovely. The downside was the price, which made it slightly less value for money, otherwise it would've been a 5 star experience.
Lovely ambiance - however supringly tasteless cookies and one of the worst and actually very unitalian cappuccinos I have had in a long time. More or less no service either, a shame for such a nice little café.Food: 1/5
