Ate there last night. I run a pizza place at the beach and I always forget how good a mom franchise place like this is. The food was great. Drink prices were great. They support our local car scene as well 10 for 10 would recommend.

Amazing would be an understatement! We have hit some pretty underwhelming food places this week and I can honestly say that Caldas Coal Fire Pizza was not one of them. We were actually terrified to try something new because of all our bad experiences previously, but we were so glad we tried Caldas. We actually had been waiting to try it all week! Our waitress was super sweet, attentive, and extremely friendly. The staff is seriously so welcoming. Plus, you could actually see the owner making the pizza! He even came around to talk to us! We tried the Margerita pizza, and it didn't disappoint.
The mozzarella cheese was so fresh and so delicious. I wish they had coal fire pizza in Ohio! Awesome staff, awesome food, Caldas Coal Fire Pizza. If you are reading this debating whether to go or not, go. Seriously go! Go try their pizza, it will be worth it!

Hands down the best pizza in Myrtle Beach. Extensive menu of so many great items other than pizza as well. Perfect location right in the downtown area and the owner is so personable and awesome. I'm a lifelong local so trust me I've tried many pizza places in the area but if you're looking for the best this is exactly where you need to go.

This restaurant looked great on the website, but I don’t know how our experience could have been worse. It took 45 minutes to make a chicken parm hero, which was good but definitely not worth the wait. Also a cheese pizza cost $13 extra to put toppings on, and we were not aware of this pricing until we had our bill in hand.
Update: (To respond to the owner.)
When ordering a cheese pizza with toppings it is assumed that cheese comes with the pizza, however we were charged for all 3 additional topping. This means that cheese was the free topping in your restaurant, and this is not written on the menu in any place.
The wait service was good, but we couldn’t justify to ourselves paying an over generous tip after our food was overpriced and took too long to be made. Also if you read the receipt, which you claim to have done, you would know we did not leave her a $1.69 tip. The tip we left was over $7, which was reasonable for good service not exceptional service. Good day.

A little pricey for the common man. If you are a cheese lover, you will love the place. For me, I felt it was too cheesy. Place is open until late night, which is great.
A very passionate owner who is more than happy to interact with customers.
Update: Changed my rating from 3 to 4 because of the owner's response. I will certainly drop by next time I am here. Thanks!
