Carolina Ale House

Ordered my Carolina mixed drink and grilled shrimp tacos simultaneously. Got my food about 15 or so minutes later. The group I was with chit-chatted while enjoying our dinner for the next 20 or so minutes. Sadly I didn't receive the signature drink until I was almost done with my meal. Although my dinner was good, the drink was watered down & had no taste of rum. I asked our server, Ashley, if it was possible to get a discount on my drink. She returned to let me know that the manager deducted the cost of the drink in its entirety. That was very kind of him/her to do so. The food was tasty, the serving was more than adequate especially the grilled shrimp, but the drink I wasn't pleased at all with it. Ashley was professional, friendly, & accommodating. This was my first "less than great" experience at this Carolina Ale location. This visit will not deter me from coming here & enjoying the company of family & friends and the nice staff who serve the patrons who eat, drink, & enjoy gathering here to partake in the laid-back atmosphere that welcomes any & all to loosen & lighten up and to fill up on some grub!

We were here for a catered graduation celebration for my niece. We are from out of town, so this was our first time here. The service was great and the food was delicious. I didn't pay, so I cannot speak to the value, but it certainly was a nice experience. We sat on their deck, which was a nice experience as well.

Consistent service, food, and atmosphere. You know what your getting when you go to any Ale house, and Carolina ale House is no different minus the few local menu items and decorations on the walls. We enjoy stopping in here for a drink and a quick bite with friends. All of the servers we have had have been very professional and friendly. Well run establishment. 5/5 for a chain restaurant

Everything was perfect. Server Whittney was friendly and courteous, and suggested some appetizers and beverages. My Philly was the best I've had in this area. The fried shrimp were great. Cheese curds are unbelievable. You got to try them

Lunch was busy on a Tuesday afternoon. It may have been a surprise in that the wait staff was working very hard. Our food was first rate, the beer was local craft and cold. If you have not been there, treat yourself and go.
