Charleston Sports Pub - West Ashley

The wait staff to the managers are all accommodating and very friendly. The food is always delicious from pasta to Wings to appetizers I've never had anything I didn't like there. They have great lunch and daily specials so it's certainly affordable as well. The one thing I haven't ever had is there brunch but maybe one day soon. They also have games which is fun for kids and the adults.

Congrats to Perry and the entire family at Charleston Sports Pub for a fantastic Grand Opening at the James Island location! Most new restaurants take a while to ramp up and work out all of the kinks, but my family and I were beyond impressed with how fantastic our experience was tonight. And a much deserved 'shout-out' to our waitress, Chelsea Smith (no relation, but pretty awesome), who was beyond incredible! Super attentive, great with the little ones and ready to go with a refill. Looking forward to adding this to our James Island rotation!!!~

Nice place, busy but not crowded. Wait staff is excellent. Some of the food arrived cold but they took care of it. Of you go they have a very good menu to peruse. Second time there and enjoyed both visits.

I recently moved to the Charleston area from Michigan and my dad and I really wanted to find a place to eat that wasn't a chain! We found this pub on Yelp and decided to check it out. We were leery simply because of the way it looked (horrible I know) but still decided to give it a shot. The crowd was mixed and we were able to seat ourselves. The menu had much to choose from which is great. We both ordered 12 wings a piece and were able to select two flavors per six wings. I ordered garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. The garlic parmesan was pretty great, but man, the lemon pepper flavor was a bit strong. It was a dry rub, but it flakes with seasoning and it was just too much. I had to wipe my wings off a bit just to eat them. Our waitress was great and knowledgeable of menu items. We also shared a small bowl of their macaroni and cheese; phenomenal and had an amazing crust on top! This place is up the street from my new place - I will be back!

The chick sitting behind my girlfriend kept shaking the booth. The booth backs wobble, that is annoying. First 2 mimosa glasses were filthy with fingerprints and seeds of some sort? Grease filled scrambled eggs... no thanks. Chicken and waffle was ok, 50% breading 50% chicken. Pancakes were big. Not a great experience, but Ms. ROSES was a 35min wait. 😕
