Old Bull Tavern

My FAVORITE restaurant and bar in town. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the food never fails to impress! Do yourself a favor and try the smoked mullet dip, the duck, the London Calling (beverage), and the butterscotch pudding.

Love this place. Great small bites and drinks, knowlegable bartenders, and ambiance. It can get quite busy during peak hours, which is understandible considering what great all around value they provide. I try to go their earlier or later to have a little space. Excellent staff all around and you can tell the owner is very engaged in the experience because they are usually right up front making sure everything is up to speed.

There has never been a time where I did not think or exclaim out loud "wow, this is fantastic!" Every item on the menu from the tavern cheese to the pastas are absolutely delicious. Their choices of adult beverages are nearly perfect. I do with there were a wider selection of Sicilian wines. Particularly red. The atmosphere is unique and highly enjoyable. Wonderful evening stop for anyone in the downtown Beaufort area.

Much ado over not much. This reservation- only place has good food, but not much for ambiance. Table setups were awkward and crowded. Back room was hot with open brick oven. Front room/bar was cold when the door opened. Middle room where we were seated was drafty. Prices were high for what it was. Staff was personable, but not very attentive.

This place is absolutely legit.... Do not let the little sign in the window fool you... This is top notch. We were very impressed with the atmosphere and the knowledge of the staff. Very friendly and helpful as well
