In fact, it was never easy in getting attorney(s) fitting into another law firm due to the individual prestige and relationship of each attorney with his/her clientele. Additionally, most of the times, no attorney(s) would like to spend an important amount of money to engage in something that could become futile. In the legal profession, you do not have a specific standard to evaluate the value of a firm because all criteria were founded on your best judgment about the seller's contention. Psychologically, most attorneys overstate the value of their firm. With the above difficulties, you, Shaun Jackson, have shown yourself a patient, persistent and understanding representative who walked on the line between the two opposite interests of the seller and buyer! My husband and I researched a number of well qualified, reputable agencies that we could trust when we decided to sell our business. It did not take long for us to see that Shaun Jackson was the right man to represent our company. We soon discovered Mr. Jackson had the right background to represent us. We recently had the privilege of having Shaun Jackson serve as broker for our business partnering.
