Came in as a buyer. Broker was professional and friendly. He facilitated a few meetings between the seller and I which he always made the drive to be at. He provided what seemed to be fair and sound advice. In the end, through no fault of the broker or seller, the bank on my end screwed up the deal. I keep in touch with Dan at Murphy on a regular basis to see if anything new comes around.
