Plus Relocation Services

Plus relocation handled my move from Reno to the Bay Area for my new position at Google. I can't say enough positive things about the moving assistance that I received. Jen was timely, helpful, and knowledgeable about the moving benefits I was eligible for and the best ways to execute my move to minimize impact to my family and my time. I would hope any of my next jobs would have the same moving services available, as they made my move seamless and non-painful. Thanks Jen!

Plus makes moving across the country easy. Handled everything from start to finish. Everything went as planned. The staff is awesome and the customer service is great. Jen Wells is excellent who was my advisor. Overall for a really hard transition to move this far it actually was very simple and a pleasure to work with them. A huge surprise for the relocation industry. I would recommend using Plus!

Brittney Maile has been our main point of contact throughout our move from Toronto to San Francisco in Aug 2016. I can't say enough good things about her (and her team). They were so great from start to finish. I'm very thorough and detailed so I had a million questions for her, but throughout the entire 3 months that she was assisting us, she was always so friendly and most importantly, super prompt. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from her. When I needed more clarification, she even jumped on the phone with me right away. If Brittney is a reflection of everyone at Plus Relocation Services, I would highly recommend them! (Can't say anything about their prices as the company was paying for the entire package)

I had nothing but a positive experience with Plus Relocation. My relocation counselor, Jen Wells, was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. She made our relocation/transition seamless, at a time when there certainly was a lot of chaos. I appreciate all of her efforts and am grateful for everything she has done!

We moved from Zurich to Japan. They gave us the worst possible experience. I will never move with these people again. They provide zero value: they booked us into the first hit they got when typing "temporary accommodation Tokyo" into Google. When I said this was not acceptable they told us there was no choice this was the only option (I found other options using Google search). When there were problems with the accommodation they left me to deal with it. They booked a moving company that broke lots of our stuff. I lost my precious classical guitar because all of our belongings were exposed to humidity during the move. This company is simply outrageous. There is absolutely nothing good that can be said.
