Jim and his team did a fantastic job and have topnotch customer service. They were very diligent and stand by the workmanship put in to the auto-body work. They kept me informed of the status to fix my car from an auto accident. This was a pretty large accident with additional damages caused by towers who proceeded to wreck my car. They addressed any and all concerns and went above and beyond to make sure very thing was perfect! There is no other company I trust to fix my car...not even the dealership I bought my car from. Quality and customer service were superior. Only complaint about the experience was that there was either a lack of communication or miscommunication regarding when my truck was going to be finished with regard to when I needed to return my rental vehicle. As a result the rental company tried to charge me personally for two extra days when in fact my truck was not finished and I did not have it back yet. I was able to communicate with the insurance company and get it resolved. The technician provided timely and sufficient updates about delays in parts and the extent of damage. Caliber Collision was great to work with. It's never fun to have your car in the shop. The repairs needed on my car were extensive. The staff kept up with us with regular updates.
