Beatties Ford Inspections

Took my vehicle here for safety inspection, didn't even need emissions mind you. Took the lady 45 minutes to finish the one car that was Infront of me which she had already started inspecting before I arrived. Then she took another 45 minutes doing my inspection. Just to fail me for my horn that worked just fine, I even honked it about 10 times for them to show that she obviously has no business doing inspections. Then I was asked to leave because they didn't like the fact that I showed them my horn worked just fine several times. Took my vehicle two exits down the freeway to In and Out Inspections off freedom, they honked my horn just fine and had me inspected and on the road in under 15 minutes. Don't waste your time with these people, wasted half my day. Would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Amazing service every time! I have lived here for 3 years and only bring my car here. I know they will take care of me at a base price and do excellent work. Great atmosphere and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service here. As a mechanic myself for over 15 years I was completely shocked and blown away at the speed and quality of service I received. Cheaper than any other place in Charlotte to get your car inspected and it was faster I was in and out without exaggeration in under 10 minutes I know that his work was quality because I had already checked the car and inspected it myself to make sure it would pass flawlessly truly a good place to take your car for an inspection I recommend this to anybody in a time crunch

This tire shop is for desperate people. The owner talks more than he works. The prices we're written on the tires I saw yesterday for $55 but the guy said that his employees marked the tires incorrectly and the tires are $60 ergo I left them there and went and found the same tires for $50 in much better shape than the used tires he was trying to sell me. Check around before you go there. I won't ever return here for any service.

I like this place but you will have to wait 2 hours + most of the time just to have the owner look at your car. No offense but I dont like the old man always taking care of my car. He might be experienced but not strong enough to do certain job. He messed up my car twice because he couldn't do the works but forced to do it. And tried to blame me saying it was already mess up before coming here. I won't go there again if he has to fix my car. The owner, Ken, should hire someone with him.

I like Ken, but I am not going there again. It's like whenever I go there, he doesn't has time to check on my car. He gives it to the old gentleman. The last time I had to waste over 2hours there for no reason. He old man couldn't fix my car and had to wait on Ken to finish up a paddy before me. Finally I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. He needs to hire a mechanic with him to help him, or he is going to lose many customers. Nobody wants to waste their time at a mechanic. Want to get in and out as quickly as I can.

I received a worst service. Had a group on for state inspection service. Called them just 20 minutes before I go there and they confirmed that they could do the service on that day. But as soon as I reach there, they asked me to come next business day. No reasoning and no apologies and not even ready to hear what I was telling. Very bad experience and non-professional. Won't recommend anyone to go there though they seemed to be cheaper. You would lose your time

Quick state inspection and cheapest, in and out in less than 15 mins. Honored Groupon with no additional tax/shop charges like others usually charge. Highly recommend for state inspection.

Terrible customer service! I left my car there 5 hrs and they never touched it! Dirty bathroom!! I would not recommend you to take ur car there ever!!!!
