Great experience from the first call to getting a quote to the install. Dan in the office was helpful and direct. Mike was very responsive on getting pricing and explaining options. Sam did a great job installing the doors and explaining the details. Good people, good quality products and great service. Would recommend.
I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and other people I know. They are only eagle to sell the garage door and don't think about customer service aspect.
Very lousy customer service , damaged wall ,big gap between rails joint. They won't fix the damaged wall or the workmanship of the rails. Very disappointment.
Custom doors came out fantastic, installation guys were great, had a small issue with cement footing, the installers told me exactly what to do, and they came back next day and finished the installation.
Trusted professional. WRONG. All doors width measurements were off from 4 to 8" from frame. Now they installed 2x4 to fill the gap. Ugly. Will cost me additional $500 to cover exposed 2x4
