Caliber Garage Doors

Had a great experience with Caliber. Brendan was patient with my in-depth questions, informative, and open about my garage door replacement requirements and provided a competitive price. The door was delivered ahead of schedule in only a couple of weeks. Mario and his assistant came out and had the door installed in a little over three hours. There was a issue with the bottom door seal threshold being too small to accommodate my slab, which was bowed a but and leaving gaps ok the sides, but Caliber replaced it with a larger sized seal at no charge. Austin came out and made the fix in all of 15 minutes. All in all, a smooth experience!

Great experience with Caliber garage doors. Mike was knowledgeable and courteous over the phone. Jesus showed up on time very professional and did a very good installation and presentation. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended for your garage door needs. Good job.

For the amount of money I spent the experience was not good. Our sales person was very knowledgeable & helpful. The installation was awful. The Genie motor horrible! Finally the garage cable broke. With the door not closing all the way. No one could come out till next week. I would never recommend this company. I had to pay another company to fix it. They showed up the next day. Even thought I was under warranty. Oh by the way I asked for a remote key pad, and I was told I need to buy that on my own. The other company was surprised that after thousands of dollars they didn’t throw that in. The other company gave us one for free installed and programmed.

My door was installed on September 21 l start with problems September 22 l thought warranty will cover but nop ! My door now doesn’t open if l want to fix l has to paid from my packet! I call another 2 company’s and both said the motor that l have installed is the worst! So l need to buy another motor! I don’t know what l can do !

It started out a bit disappointing because it was already after 11am and our appt tine was 8am to 11am. Called and Austin responded very apologetic. His service, sincere and friendly approach made up for the disappointment time. Very out of his way politeness and explained everything my wife and I needed to know about setting up the app to open & close the garage with our cell phone. Every home servicing business need an Austin!

Great product, and responsive service. Install was on time, easy to schedule, and done really well. I cleared the space for the install, but forgot about a couple cables for a camera, and the team installing made sure that they were taken into consideration while putting in the new door. Given I had forgotten about it was nice to see it properly managed. The door itself, which was insulated was a huge improvement from the insulated door prior. Other hardware seems to be pretty good quality as well. The work itself was left behind no extra holes or anything of the sort.

Called Caliber Garage Door company to see what the issue was on my malfunctioning garage door opener on my rental unit. I told David the technician what was the issues was and in a few minutes he found the problem. I was amazed how quick he resolved the issues on the spot, the garage door opener was working again, Thank you so much. I'd recommend them to everybody. Great Job.

Very disappointed !! They measured wrong, installed incorrectly!! Have been asking them to fix problem well over 6 months. Small door fell on my husband and luckily he wasn't hurt and door did not break. Garage makes very loud sound, because garage door was measured wrong. They installed brackets on the outer part wood instead of in the center of 2x4 and wood split/cracked because they did not pre-drill. If they don't fix properly, I will have no choice but to seek further legal action... I will update post with photos and update comments on my repairs.

Great company. The installation of the springs on our roll up door was very quick and extremely professional. Fast ,fair prices. I was extremely impressed. I had a extremely high quote from the guy on TV and it was a joke, they even hung up on me twice when I asked what the type of equipment that they use. Caliber is the only way to go. I will be telling everyone I know to use them. Jarrett was very helpful on the phone and polite. The installer was top notch.

I chose Caliber Garage Doors after receive estimate from three garage doors company. Caliber had a better door at a lower price point. The sales rep was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for in the door. No pressure to buy a more expensive door. Actually, I wish the sales rep did try to up-sale the door. I later discovered Caliber have designs I wanted that was much cheaper than others. The install was great. The installer was friendly and patience in answer all my questions on the garage door. After learning I wanted a faux wood door, he took the time to check how long it would take to order the new doors. This was after he already remove the old door. He was willing to put it all back. The installer even carrier my old wood doors to the side of the house for me to reclaim it on another project. The new door and belt opener is quiet. I definitely will recommend Caliber Garage Doors to all my neighbors, friends, and family.
