Called in advance to make an appointment and he hung up on me before I could ask the price. I didn't think anything of it but should have known better. Went to the office and he was Rude, ccondescending, would not listen to me, and continued to loudly chew gum as he talked to me. He does not care about your service. Dont go here.

Total sketchy place with a sketchy guy. I went to do a simple finger scan, had a couple questions and the jerk told me I was wasting his time. I started feeling like it was a scam and didn't want to take a chance on ID fraud! Save yourself time and spend an extra five bucks at the police station or the OC sheriff… Much safer!

After getting a call from my gf explaining how rude this guy was to the point that he hung up on her, I had to experience it for myself. When I called and requested a manager, he said he was the "manager". So after asking for an explanation as to why he was rude to my gf, he proceeded to scream colorful profanity at me before hanging up. This guy is angry at life. He needs to take a trip to Disneyland or something.
