I made an appointment to have my boat serviced over three and half weeks ago. I took my boat in on my appointment date on May 10. At the end of the day I did not receive a call to let me know that my boat would not be done. I called them the next day to find out the status of my boat. They said that they were backed up due a service tech being out sick. They said it would be finished by the end of the day, but if it was not finished they would call me to let me know. At this point I let them know that I was coming down to get my boat, and they will not be completing my service. I really like to do business with local businesses, but if these guys can not perform a simple service on the date promised they do not deserve my business. Hopefully I will do business with them in the future, if they can get there act together. One other thing worth mentioning is I never received a full price quote in writing stating what the service would run me. They said it would be around $750 or so.
