California Southwestern is totally customer service oriented.  They are very responsive and supportive. I appreciate how they listen to a given situation and address it immediately and are compassionate about their customers.  We have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They are also very competitive in the marketplace, and we have both Auto & Home policies with them as a result.

California Southwestern Insurance Agency has provided me excellent service since I joined them a few years ago for auto insurance.  My agent Greg Barber is honest, very professional, quick to respond and very informative about which auto insurance company is best for me and my family.  He also recommended I make changes to other insurance I have to save me money without sacrificing much in out of pocket money should I have a claim.  I would highly recommend him or anyone else at this agency.  I am considering a Term Life Insurance policy and will only look to Greg Barber at California Southwestern Insurance Agency to provide me with sound advice and all the options available.

We have been working with Greg Barber for over 20 years, and now our grown children also use him for all of their insurance needs. Greg is always quick to return phone calls or follow up on any issues and is proactive in making sure our insurance needs are adequately met. He is also a very personable and honest agent and I would recommend him to anyone seeking insurance or other financial help.

My agent is always reliable and available. She goes out of her way to contact me whenever there is an issue or a possible discount. Highly recommend Cal Southwestern Insurance!!
