Calvary Road Christian School & Preschool

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Calvary Road Christian School. My husband and I sent our daughter here for preschool and planned to send her to public school for kindergarten but, after a year at CRCS, we don't have it in us to send her anywhere else! She has learned so, so much at CRCS and the teachers/staff pour themselves into the children, not just academically; but, socially, emotionally, and mentally! And, with grace and love! The crazy part is, they make it look easy! I only have two children and I'm like a chicken with my head cut off! LOL! We are also sending our 3 year old to CRCS for preschool this upcoming school year. Can't wait to have both our girls at CRCS together! Our daughter is in Mrs. Kim and Miss G's class. They make a great team and the effort they put into molding our daughter to be the very best version of herself and most importantly, a lover and light of Jesus, is noticed by those around us. I am indebted to the teachers and staff at CRCS. Our children are in it for the long haul!

My son has been attending Calvary Road Christian School since he was 3 years old. This is the BEST Christian School in the ENTIRE NOVA area.!!! I would encourage any parent who wants to invest in their child's spiritual and educational future to visit the campus and meet with the staff. They are vested in educating your children in all disciplines and offer state of the art technology. When it comes to progress reports and knowing how your child is doing you don't need to look any further. Parents receive WEEKLY reports and the teachers respond to emails/voicemail in a very timely manner. I'm looking forward to the continued growth of CRCS and the Christian education they are providing. Keep up the good work!

This school came highly recommended by many co-workers at the hospital where I work. This is a wonderful school with small class sizes. My son gets personalized attention. We chose this school because of the recommendations, curriculum, teacher-student ratio, and their before/after care and summer camp programs. Also, each class has a teacher's assistant. My husband and I work full-time, so having the before/after care and summer camp in one location is beneficial to us. We love the teachers and the staff. My son loves the school as well (always a bonus)!

My kids absolutely loved the camp offered by this school!!! They were super excited to go each day and looked forward to the scheduled activities. Their summer was jam packed with fun. Not only did each week have a fun and creative theme, they were also loaded with field trips and swimming. They also really connected with the Christian songs and instructions. My eldest child would come home in the evenings and YouTube videos of the songs they learned at camp. Both kids sing and do hand motions to the songs. I LOVE seeing them this excited about the Bible! As a parent knowing my kids are happy is super important. I also need to know that they are safe. I really felt like the camp did a great job with this as well. The doors are secure, they adhere to a buddy system and I was ID'd during pickup when new teachers did not know me at the beginning of summer. My interactions with the staff (counselors and front staff) has all been professional. One time my youngest child had a sore belly. They called me and kept him in the office until I arrived. They were also very helpful with any other questions and concerns I had. We are not members of this church or school but due to such a great summer experience we attended a service and it truly felt like home. What a great place!

My 2 sons have attended CRCS since Kindergarten. We absolutely love the teachers, administrators, and strong Christian emphasis! We only hope others will join in and cause the school to grow and increase to include a 7th, 8th, and even high school levels!
