5 stars for the staff but 1 star for the manager. How can you be a manager and treat customer with a bad attitude like that. I understand holidays can be stressful and a lot of people are rude. But there is no excuses to be like that. I hope you personally read this and try to be more respectful with your next customers.

Their website is highly SUS! Always freezing, switching pages randomly- I just tried to check out after hours of putting a cart together and I got all sorts of strange glitches and error messages. Not only could I NOT check out, but my entire cart was deleted. This was my first & last attempt at trying to shop this brand.

I shopped in this store several times. All the times the sales associates and their manager too never cared about me or my request. Today, I called one hour and 30 minutes before visiting the store with a specific request. I was at the store, they were chatting and said they hadn’t time to check my request. On top, they denied my point and didn’t apologise to me. Moreover, the store are better quality socks online. Maybe it’s useless to visit the store with such a bad service and attitude. Bad experience.

Took my friend to city for her birthday. I took her into calzedonia last night and she loved it!!!! Edina was the best!!!!!!! She was so much fun upbeat and helpful. We were happy with our purchases and left with a big smile!!! Thanks Edina!!!!!!!

The staff here is extremely rude. Their product is poor quality. I bought a pair of tights and the tights ripped the first time I put them on. I went to the store to discuss what happened the sales associate was rude and not helpful. Don’t waste your time coming here

The woman who “helped” me was very rude. To say she helped me is actually flattering her. She stood there and did nothing, and also did not acknowledge my presence. Her colleague asked me how he can help, but I said I prefer the woman helping me because I was choosing tights. The woman reluctantly came out. Later on she also made ordering the item unnecessarily complicated. She said the shipping costs $9, and at the end I said I would not buy anything from this store and will buy online instead. The information she gave me was completely false. There is no shipping cost online if you’re a member. And other comments here about they randomly size you up is completely true too. Fortunately I’ve shopped here before and asked for the exact size and color and ignored her random questions.

Absolutely beautiful, the store is so inviting. We had Virginia who helped my friend and I today. Beautiful under garments, sleepwear and cashmere sweaters on the upper level. The most brilliant colors of sweaters . Bought lots of goodies and yes they have a sale going on. Really great selection of Italian intimate.
