Victoria's Secret Fifth Avenue Flagship

The WORST customer service ever. The cashier was just chit chatting and never said a word or even face me while I was going through payment process. Even though I was trying to be nice and said thank you, she decided to ignore me completely. Wow, rude. I’ve been a loyal Victoria’s customer over 20 years and was really excited for the renovation of this location but I might just gonna switch all my underwear to CK underwear from now on. Tho this location is huge and spacious, I will probably never going back. Buy it online if you must.

As they say "EVERYTHING IS BIGGER IN NEW YORK CITY" definitely the biggest Victoria Secret store I been too as of yet friendly staff and a lot of stuffs to buy. I will definitely comeback to this location again when I visit.

I went in looking for bras, and * Bernice * helped me enormously. She is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable service, perfectly balanced with friendliness and warmth. I was looking for something on the lower floor, and she communicated with * Luis * so he could help me find what I needed. It literally took him 10 seconds to give me exactly what I was looking for. I would come back to this store just for them! Kudos to the team!

Great selection of lingerie . Store is pretty busy at all times. A bit short staff- Amy in VS Fitting Room, went above and beyond to help me get the right bra size - she’s great. Also, Demani VS Pink was wonderful, getting size & colors . I really appreciate it !

Great gift ideas. Free blankets. Love the perfumes and the suggestions from Flor. I needed a lot of help with gifts. This girl is awesome. So grateful for her service and attention for every need I had.

Hundreds and hundreds of ladies digging through underwear. I guess it's a good place to shop and make friends

During my holiday in New York i decided to go to my favourite brand for my bras and underwear also because of the fact that in Italy Is difficult to find It. The problem was i didn t expect such a treatment. I chose some items from the bins they have upstairs with panties and bras on sale or Better they now have this discount with things at 3.99 and 7.99 dollars. So that i picked 6 items discovering once i arrived at the cashier that the things were not 7.99 but 47$ and more Just because as told from the customer service some of the customers mixed up the items moving them to One bin to the others. The problem was that when i tried to explain to the cashier where i found the items so that the price should have been 7.99 they were very rude without explaining or apologizing neither. I think this Is not the way to treat customers i left all the items and i think i m not coming back.

5 for $30 plus mixed items -lotion,spray etc in various irresistible scents this yuletide season is a great gift.and of course their own brand of lingerie to different people of shapes and sizes.something for everyone

Love VS but especially the 5th ave location. It's huge beautiful and love they have waiting room for non shoppers and restrooms. Staff helpful but not in an overbearing annoying type of way. Love everything here

Not for me, but wife found lot of things to buy. Seem to be flag store with big selection 3 floor?. If you like this brand then worth of visit.
