I'd give them ZERO STARS if they allowed it. Their mechanics are FULL OF LIES AND ARE MONEY HUNGRY. C.A.R.S CONVINCING MY SISTER, PESTERING HER FOR SO LONG BASICALLY NOT ALLOWING HER TO LEAVE by asking to charge my sister for over $1000 worth of work that DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. We took her car to my boyfriend (he's rebuilt engines and worked on cars FOR YEARS @ Age 23 now...) and wow...HER VEHICLE WAS FINE. Definitely a company that 110% takes advantage of women in this field. Absolutely NEVER GO HERE unless you'd like to be lied to and taken as a chump, & leaving with an empty wallet. BTW- I called their company demanding an explanation for this nonsense and was told over and over again "we don't do that. I deal with ladies of all ages all the time I don't do that" okay, well, you and your staff DID. Accountability much??? (he hung up so obviously they don't care about their customer feedback when it's negative and don't want to make things right.) I will NEVER recommend your garage to anyone I know (and don't know) for any work whatsoever in the hopes that they will not be at risk of being robbed and lied to.

DO NOT buy a vehicle here. I have a car financed through them, and in 3 short months they've managed to screw up my payments. On top of that, they agreed to fix 2 things on my vehicle that weren't fixed when i purchased it. I set up a date to get it fixed, and the day I arrived, they didn't even have me scheduled in or my parts ordered. So i had to come back a different day and drove 2 hours one way, with not even a phone call to reschedule. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

looked at cars there, sales person didn't seem to know much about any of the cars I looked at. One car I test drove smelled like a giant ashtray. Others I know had poor experiences with this place. Won't be back.

Do not buy a car from them. You will experience nothing but problems. They don't even deserve one star. Horrible service, they don't inspect vehicles thoroughly, and their loaner cars are the biggest piles of garbage. They will try and squeeze every dime out of you. Trust me! You would be better off getting a used car anywhere else than here.
