CTR Automotive Service Center

I come here every time there's something I'm not comfortable doing alone. I've never been disappointed. Quality is great, speed is unparalleled. Price is also very reasonable. I work at a local lube shop and send everybody here due to my excellent experiences with CTR. I won't go anywhere else.

Very reliable and awesome place to get Auto and Truck work done. I would recommend this place to anyone. And will always bring my vehicle here.

Best auto place in Janesville. To my knowledge, the ONLY place in town that will look at a carbureted engine. I've brought two cars there for work, one an old Tracer, the other an '09 Cobalt. I've never had any trouble with their work, and their prices are competitive or better. Hands-down best auto shop I've ever been to.

Stopped by in the gun shop portion and had an excellent experience- ended up purchasing a new firearm from a young (early 20's?) sales clerk who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The shop itself was clean, organized, and had some pretty awesome products. The problem is, Is back a day or two later to drop off a key that went along with the Firearm I trade in; I believe it was either the manager or owner who blew me off and provided absolutely horrible service. Based on my initial experience this would have been a 5-star review, but that was wasted Away by the terribly unprofessional service I received on the second visit. Within 5 minutes they lost what could have been a lifelong customer. I have since purchased additional fire arms from dealers outside of Janesville because I don't want to deal with this place anymore after the way I was treated.

Chose this place because of all the great reviews took my car in because heat wasnt working well and was leaking transmission fluid, recomended flush and was just a hose clamp on transmission 2 weeks later heat stopped working again and a month later the entire hose that they replaced came completely off while driving down the interstate with my children in the car. Maybe thinking im a girl i was gullible and quick to get it fixed but very unhappy with this place!
