Great experience with the sales person Mr.Salem. After had an road drive test, I just got my new HRV sport here on the same day. And very quickly, I can pick up my car at Honda Cambridge site.
Salem and Olegs, you two are heaven sent! Hands down best car buying experience I've ever had!! Unfortunately, my car was totaled. On top of that the car market is tough right now, and I had a terrible experience at a Toyota dealership so I felt very defeated coming in for my appointment. Salem, however, was wonderful! He explained everything to me in such detail it was easy to understand. He got me into a car I would not have even considered but ended up loving it. Olegs took over for the financing and even though it was a tough process he was able to get me approved. He went above and beyond what I expected a dealership to do. In less than a week I was in a new car without having to do too much on my end. I’m still in awe of it all. Best customer service around. Even speaking to other staff on the sales floor they were all so nice and helpful. They really live up to their motto “Cares about you”. Best of all I have the car in time to pick my Dad up from the airport for Fathers Day. It means so much to me that I really can’t put it into words. Thank you Salem and Olegs!!
Salem and the whole team was so helpful for get me my new car! It was so easy and quick. My new car was ordered and was supposed to be 45 days till it arrived it ended up being a little under a month and once it was here the papers were signed and I was able to pick it up after the weekend. I would highly recommend them everyone was super helpful and easy to work with!
Ruben took very good care of us. We love our new sonic gray Honda Accord Sport. Everyone at the dealership was so polite and respectful. Ruben seems to genuinely care about his clients and their long term satisfaction.

I leased my HR-V from Mike Carol in May 2022 and had a great experience. It was my first time leasing a car by myself--my parents live abroad--and he supported me throughout the entire experience. He is highly knowledgeable and works with you, which I greatly appreciate. From the test drive to picking up the car, Mike was always available to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had a lot. Also, shout out to Oleg in the Finance Office for patiently taking the time to walk me through the paperwork. Since May 2022 ~3 months, I have been able to contact Mike with any questions or issues I've had with the car the car is excellent, I had a flat tire. Mike was able to fit me into the service schedule on THE SAME DAY! It was amazing! Also, shout out to Anthony in the Service Department, who welcomed me with a smile, explained the process, and made the entire flat tire catastrophe easy to resolve. He was very friendly and helpful. I am a fan of Cambridge Honda and will continue to work with Mike in the future. 10/10, highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience buying, yes, my 5th Honda Accord this one hybrid!. Shiva was helpful, accommodating and I was even able to get my car in 10 days! I look forward to driving my new car!
This is my 3rd time visiting Cambridge Honda, and five stars for all visits. Staffs are friendly and professional, had a particularly great experience with Joe from the body shop. My car was hit several months ago, Joe and others took care of all the back and forth between me and the insurance company, and returned my car even newer and cleaner than ever! Highly recommend and will visit again for service.
The whole process of booking a service, dropping the car, and getting it back was smooth, clear and overall pleasant. Anthony, who I dealt with was clear about everything they were going to do, he called to confirm before deviating from the original plan, and was very sympathetic, which is a nice bonus for the experience. My impression was that they were working with me and I do not have to worry too much about being "tricked" into doing something unnecessary or paying too much for something. They even omit charging me for a certain service because they realized they had to do it as part of a recall. I am very pleased with my experience and I have been to at least 2 other Honda service centers in the area, and I am definitely going back there to service my car next time!
I have leased several vehicles from Cambridge Honda over the past 10 or so years. The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful - I have worked with several members of the team and they have all been wonderful, especially Mike Carroll and Ruben Calderon. When I go in they are cognizant of my time and help me in an efficient way while also making sure my needs are met and my questions are answered. This past time I was in and out on the same day, in a matter of hours with a new Honda Pilot. Their prices are fair and they have worked with me to find options that fit my needs. They are also highly communicative even after I have leased my vehicle and are responsive regarding questions about my new vehicle. I know I will continue to work with this Honda in the future and highly recommend them to others.
