I am a young woman who came in by myself in need of an inspection sticker, and I didn’t have the same experience at all as some others have commented. Jamal was really helpful and polite, he brought my car straight in, did a full inspection, applied my sticker, and I was on my way within 15 minutes.

Have brought my car for inspections many times.  Always prompt service and short wait times.

Customer for 2 years and they have taken great care of my vehicle. Definitely recommend Sam and the folks at Jack's.

Great gas prices for cash payment

I echo Ellie's review below: DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR INSPECTIONS. I had a rattle in the back of my car and they told me it was the struts, which would cost $600 to replace. Passed my inspection anyway, saying I had to come back Monday. Got a second opinion this morning and it was just a loose heat shield FREE!.

I always feel very taken care of when I bring my car here for an inspection or repairs.
