Camelback Family Dental Care

I’ve been coming here for a while now & the Dr is great but I was mislead & now they are charging me. Please watch out with how they do billing. I was referred by them to get a root canal done with a specialist & go back for the crown. When I called Orlyn the secretary, she let me know that she was going to send a request to my insurance to see if they would cover my crown. She then called me a week later & said my crown was approved & I was so excited that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Not once did she say I may have to pay if my insurance doesn’t cover it all. Now a month later I got a bill in the mail for about $500. My insurance only covered $60. I’m very upset & when I tried calling she let me know there is nothing they can do. I understand that my insurance didn’t cover it but I’m upset I was NEVER told before I got the crown that my insurance MAY not cover it all & I may have to pay out of pocket. If I would’ve known, I wouldn’t have gotten it because I cannot afford it. Not even in payments but now that’s my only option. I won’t be coming back here after 3 years.

I am a new patient with no insurance, I called them and the price for my evaluation and X-rays sounded reasonable so I went; to my surprise I found really REALLY nice and professional staff so of course I scheduled my filling and cleaning appointment quickly. To summarize my review, let’s just say I’ve never felt my teeth this clean before they were so disgusting, so embarrassing. But the doctor was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I am so glad I found them! I made my 6 month appt and also made my husband make his appointment. You won’t regret going there!

I was a little bit nervous, since I haven’t been to the dentist for many years. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Helping me in my long journey on filling in my cavities. I would 100% recommend.

I had a crown put on and a few months later it fell out. I called to see what could be done and was told that it would be taken care of. That was over a week ago. I called back today to see what was up and was now told I would get a good discount on a new crown, $850 I feel as though I was lied to and misled about replacing it, that this dentist is not thorough and diligent in his work or the original crown would still be there.

Very honest and kind. Orlyn, Dr. Hirpara, and the staff who cleaned my teeth were a true pleasure to talk to. I had an extremely fun and informative experience. They have set me on the path to getting my wisdom teeth removed and braces to straighten my smile with referrals to preferred Specialists. Extremely helpful, they will look out for your health and your wallet.

Addresses dental needs and gives honest opinion without trying to jump to the most expensive procedure. Staff is always friendly and professional. Have been coming here for more than 13 years

I was there for one time like it and scheduled my second appointment. I Totally forgot about it and go charge for no show . It's the first that this happens. They just want the money. Hope with my payment of no show helped them with the light bill . Ppl dont miss your apartment or just don't book another appointment.

Dr. Hirpara is awesome. Both of my boys enjoy their check-ups and always say great things about him. I remember dreading dental check-ups growing up so it's nice to see that my sons are at ease when they go to the dentist.

Very friendly, patient, and accommodating reception, staff, and Doc. Definitely recommend this team!

I am so grateful for Dr. Hirpara. He truly practices to help people. He stayed late to fit me into his schedule when I had a dental emergency. I will tell all of my friends and family to switch to his practice. Amazing doctor.
