Westwind Dental - Phoenix

To be honest, I was a bit scared at first from reading some of the old reviews. Both the doctor and the staff were very kind and friendly. They all communicated with me step by step procedures. I had a root canal from two different Westwind offices, due to insurance reasons. I mentioned this because both Westwind Dental offices were very nice and compassionate. The office in Phoenix went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend either Westwind office. The dentists did a great job. A root canal is never fun and I have a lot of medical issues, but they were able to keep me comfortable and allowed resting time for my jaw to close. Thank you girls for your help and thank you doctor for getting rid of my tooth pain!

Everyone was friendly kind and professional. The dentist was great! My only qualm was that I had a long wait. Otherwise I do recommend this dental facility.

I refuse to ever go back to this place. The doctor that treated me and another patient has a background in holistic dental. He made us scream and cry. Then to make matters worse he couldn’t even prescribe medication to me. I missed 2 days of work because of the pain I was in. Then to make matters worse the horrible office manager has no social skills. I hope they fire her! Horrible people and service….I am reporting your practice and I am disputing the $336.00 charge too. No one should have to pay after being treated the way your office manager operated and treated me. If all you care about is the bottom line you don’t deserve patients.

My 1st time here and the staff was very professional and the Dr. was very personable and made me feel at ease. I will be coming back in a week for more dental work. If you are in the need of dental work give these guys a try.

Stated several times needed my son braces removed and it wasn't done when appointment I scheduled scheduled with extra bs if your going to bill me $500 to remove them shouldn't need approval from who orginally put them on because i would be paying out of pocket,not to mention he has accchs/state insurance which is what I asked for before I scheduled anything. Obviously had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and service wasn't completed at all even with consultation and verify who put braces on. Smh ........ Reviewed receptionist skip over client sitting in waiting room on time then made it seem like client was late even though plenty people nowhere to sit

I didn’t sleep the night before my scheduled appt for braces. I was so freaked out but once I got there everyone in the office put me at ease. The Phoenix office has a great group of employees.

Went to get an tooth extracted. Westwind couldn’t do it So they sent me to an oral surgeon. But Westwind charged me for the extraction and they did not do the work. Now I’m paying Westwind And the oral surgeon for the extraction!!!!! Tried to contact Westwind about the situation I also went in and talked to Westwind about the situation No results just lies lies lies. So now I’m forced to notify BBB just to resolve this issue. And give no stars to West Wind Dental in Phoenix Az

I have never felt so calm, very relaxed , ever, in the past 63 yrs of my life in the many dental offices throughout my dental experiences,as I have just today, I have never laughed so hard in the dental chair as I have when the very kind BRANDY cracked a couple of hilarious jokesgood taste , and the staff,WOW!!! And the dentist, I tell you, he was very honest about my options, and treatment plan, and I am confident that he ,& ,his staff will give me back my long, very long awaited smile ..I drive the big trucks, double trailers for OTTO trucking, I only trust my life in the hands of good, and honest people,AMEN...
