Great experience every time I go in. Art really stands behind his products and is a wealth of information. Great store and a great staff. It's hard to find this depth of knowledge and know-how in today's retail market.

This store has a great selection of used gear. Camera repairs are prompt and technically competent. Art, the owner, is very knowledgeable and honest. I just brought in a Nikon body with a jammed lens. Art fixed it in a minute. I am a very satisfied customer. Returned today. Art took care of me again.

The staff at Camera and Darkroom are always helpful, personable and professional. They created prints and a digital file from an antique glass negative from the early 1900's that was a piece of my grandmother's family history. I couldn't have been happier with the results! Not to mention they were easy to work with with fast service. Thanks, Camera and Darkroom!

The store is very cool and has a decent selection. However the customer service is poor. The gentleman that I have spoken to the last few times I have been in there always has a sour attitude. He is very knowledgeable, but don’t ask him to see something more then once.

What an incredible resource if one still enjoys using film the 'old fashioned' way. Enormous variety of cameras, lenses, and darkroom equipment. Lab services available and your negatives will be returned; unlike the majority labs these days. Staff very knowledgable - makes a wonderful change.
