Wonderful service. They have helped me out immensely with my older Canon camera and have all the photography supplies you could need for the most part.

First of all, Vicki is one of the sweetest women you will meet! I walked into Camera and Darkroom the other day with three of my mother's old cameras and she gave me a quick overview of each one and what I could do with them. I'm going back there this afternoon to pick up a roll of film that I found, which is easily over 10 years old. I'm crossing my fingers something will come from the film, but if not, I don't need to pay for it! What a deal. The team at Camera and Darkroom are very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend going there for your camera needs!

Just picked up a new used lens there a couple days ago. Dude was helpful as we tried to diagnose what might be wrong with the lens I was having trouble with. One time I got a surprisingly good deal on exposed film there. You see cats in there, but the store's not especially hairy. Happy Caturday!

I've purchased a fair amount of darkroom equipment and called a few times for various questions. I've always had a pleasant experience with these folks! There I some woman who took a lot of time to answer my questions and was very patient with me!

mediocre. nice when they want to be. which is depended on the day and who you speak with. someone is dropping the ball and its just sad. unfriendly on the phone and vague for more information. just bad for business. both SF and Alb.
