So upon after dropping my car off at the body shop down the street they called Enterprise rental car to come pick me up to put me in a rental until my car is fixed, here I was thinking I was going to get a totally different rental car but they end up giving me the same Toyota Corolla that I have that's currently in the shop so it didn't matter to me because I just needed a car to get back and forth to work and to run errands until they get my car fixed hopefully it won't be too much longer. But I will say the Corolla that they put me in I haven't to like a little bit more than my own. The associates were nice and polite so I have no complaints about that and all I had to do was give them a refundable $50 deposit.

We had a great experience at this Enterprise. We had misunderstood part of our contract and Joshua and Anthony really worked with us to come to an exceptional outcome. Great customer service. A huge thank you to our friends at enterprise. We will definitely be back to rent a car again!

Josh & Isaac were super helpful! It was my first time renting a car and it was so easy because of them. They also suggested me spots to get my personal car fixed, and saved me some money! All around great experience

This is my preferred location when renting a 15-passenger van for three reasons. 1.  Convenient location 2. After hours drop off 3. Great customer care  I haven't had a bad experience there. Trina and Josh always take care of my needs. Even when I messed up my reservation and made it in Fayetteville, they were able to accommodate me. Josh found a vehicle that was just returned, personally cleaned it out, and filled it up.  I witnessed Trina display patience, professionalism, and compassion this weekend. One customer was trying to rent with, what I'm assuming, a debit card. She explained to the customer what was needed.  I think it was proof of residency. She explained to the customer TC that the cell phone company could fax or email the proof over. TC couldn't remember THEIR piece of information for verification to the company and kept insisting that Trina could hear the information over the phone, and that should be good enough. Trina stood firm and courteous. She reiterated what was needed and how TC could get the information to the office. TC eventually left in a huff after saying a few choice words.  Right after that, Trina was helping an elderly lady EL with her reservation. EL explained that someone from Enterprise made her reservation, which was showing in the system if I'm remembering correctly, and requested payment. EL stated that the Enterprise rep spoke to her bank. Trina explained that it is not normal operating procedures, and she may have been scammed. EL said that she felt faint after hearing that news. Trina rushed and got her a chair. I don't know what happened after that. My vehicle was ready.  Long story short, it is worth my 1.5 hour drive to keep coming here. That's why I have this location saved in my Google Maps.

Eddie picked me up, opened and closed my door at both locations and was professional and pleasant. I was thoroughly impressed with every staff member of your office for their amazing customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for each customer. Your office manager Faith was shaking and moving like a rock star! The whole crew needs a promotion and they all worked well in tandem and that is rare in today’s world! Kudos team enterprise!

There is a feeling that everyone really cares about my rental needs when I walk through their door at the Carroll Dr Enterprise. Trina, Josh, Brittany, and Anthony are so personable and Pro that I have even taken the time to kearney their names. That is actually rare in this day of hurry and go

01/16/24 / Made a reservation here and they did not have my information as of 01/17/24 because they said their system was down and they did not have any cars, sent me to the closest location, customer service was below average and management lacked leadership support over the issue of their system being down and they were unable to review my confirmation and when they did, it still did not help because they said they were low on inventory. I do not recommend this rd tsk location for Enterprise.

Quality customer service from the team at 1475 Carroll Drive. Great leadership from Trina. Everyone is on point! New vehicles.

I had a great experience renting from this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful but I want to give an extra shoutout to Trina branch manager. She was so helpful after I was involved in a stressful situation with the vehicle shortly after leaving the lot. Her guidance made the situation easier to deal with and she made sure I was promptly put into another vehicle.

Bad first impression with this location. They were litigious about the size of a windshield crack from a pebble that came off a logging truck.  I just moved to the area and was looking for a new go-to rental car option. I rented with the Chesher Bridge location 40+ times over the past 4 years and never had an issue. I will try another branch in the area even if it's slightly further away.
