Everything you are looking for physical fitness from weights, racquetball. Their is no indoor track. Must bring your item towel with you. The staff is super friendly and will help accommodate you with almost everything. The RV camping and mail pickup is paid for at this building.

Nice equipment and overall nice facility but how can a soldier workout when it's open for only 12 hours of the day.

Gym equipment is ok. Most treadmills are not working and the workers refuse to put signs on them.

Limited hours, but overall a decent selection of equipment. The staff is extremely courteous.
