King's Daughters Therapy Center

Having a virtual monopoly on healthcare and healthcare related services in Brookhaven allows this facility and its outliers to operate at a poor performance level.

King's Daughters Medical Clinic 940 Brookway Blvd is staffed by rude receptionists, sloppily dressed staff and nurses. They try every thing they can to redirect you to trainee nurse practitioners and NPs, instead of the doctor while charging you the same. They insist on your paying in advance no matter what it is like no other medical office. When I asked why, the billing clerk just said "get used to it." Drug sales people and other non medical people are milling around and interrupting medical consultation and procedures. There is a hostile, confrontational atmosphere in the whole clinic. Don't go there, unless you enjoy abuse.

Their Fitness Center is horrible. If you are a woman DO NOT GO. Their staff are sleazy and will make you very uncomfortable.
