By far the worst place to live in the Johnson City, TN area. I lived there for a year while in graduate school. The carpet was black, mold everywhere and bugs crawling on the floor. I had to contact HQ in order for someone to come “reclean” the carpet. Stay as far away as you can.

Would rate it lower than 1 star if I could. Way over priced for the nasty tiny rooms. Mold, unsanitary conditions. They do not clean! Do not be fooled by the model they show you! completely different!!
ABSOLUTELY HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

I have lived here for a year now and the new management is the best thing to happen to this place. I now feel safe where I live but I also have enjoyed all the events by the pool and the free food!

I went to move in and opened a window due to the heat... two small cockroaches crawled out, and i chalked it up to it being an older building and it being a ga summer. then i went to turn on the ac, and another larger one crawled out. At that point we talked to the leasing office about a possible infestation. they were very responsive, and the owner of the leasing agency called me within the hour. Even after bug bombing the apartment and setting up roach motels, i killed 32 live ones in 5 hours. Great price, great location and FANTASTIC customer service, but this was a problem that requires extensive measures. Im not sure all the units have this problem, and management was incredibly helpful, responsive and apologetic (the secretary at the leasing agency was very apologetic and friendly about the whole ordeal), but just be on the lookout when you move in for pest problems like this.

Absolutely deplorable living conditions! If you want to live in an extremely unhygienic environment then these apartments will suit you well. I was shocked to help friends move in to find black carpet, unpainted walls, water damage, black mold, and a sofa and chair that were stained and smelled horrible. Office staff was extremely unhelpful and made promises of fixing things that were not met not only once but twice. If there is a problem on a move in day, that problem should be fixed immediately! It should be apologized for and fixed! There should not be multiple calls, and visits made to the office to have such horribly egregious conditions fixed! Campus Ridge should be ashamed of themselves.
