Campuzano Mexican Food

This place is terrific. As you can see from the photo, they’re constantly improving the place. This is a Tuesday afternoon so perfect time for them to do a little work but it wasn’t loud. It is beautiful inside and fresh. We were greeted by a good looking young woman wearing a nice dress and nice hair and professional friendly attitude. We didn’t like the table she picked and she gladly allowed us to choose another. The waiter was quick and the beer was cold. I had grilled fish tacos and they weren’t greasy or drowned in sauce. Rice and beans were so perfectly delicious. We also had an order of guacamole that was freshly made and had wonderful creamy chunks of fresh avocado. Very good new music and not too loud. The staff was on point. I highly recommend this place. It could be a nice romantic outing or a place to get your grub on with the gang. Kids would be welcome I’m so it thankfully this place has a bar and didn’t seem like a place I’d bring my kids.

I remembered Campuzano from living in Cedar Hill. It was one of my favorite lunch spots. This location did not disappoint. It's still the same fresh Mexican food I remember, just right in my new neighborhood. Visited on a weekend. It was SUPER busy, but the food still came fast! It's a little noisy when the place is packed, but that's any restaurant. BUT THE FOOD!!! OMG!!! So good! Take a look at the pic of my table. Seafood here was perfectly grilled. Fajitas were to die for. DRINKS were good and strong and the chips and salsa makes the experience worthwhile. I had a tiny issue where the cheese was next to the fajita plate, which was so hot all the cheese melted. They brought more right out without asking. Great food and excellent service!

This little spot is great.. Good food, nice little back patio area with heaters for the winter, nice servers, and good margaritas. If you live in the area then this is a great after work happy hour spot. I would however caution there’s usually limited parking or they may charge for valet parking..

Great food and atmosphere! Food always arrives fresh and hot! Service is one of the best in DFW, and the drinks are great. The fajitas are the best, and I have never add a bad meal. I recommend this restaurant to anyone! You’ll enjoy the food, drinks, and service!

Great texmex food. Nice casual atmosphere with a front porch patio and a second larger patio in the back. Very trendy local hangout
