Cannabliss - Firestation 23

Super happy coming here. Good people and great prices. There is such a glut of flower on the market that the deals are always fantastic. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I walk a few blocks out of the way to shop here.

From the outside, it looks super sketch but when you enter in, it is anything but. What a charming inviting place with friendly budtenders that are willing to answer any questions and help you find the best products for what you were looking for. Definitely my go to place in the SW.

This place used to be cool and have good bud for good prices and different qualities for different price points. They also used to care about medical patients. Then recreational happened and they got bought by Chalice and started selling SCHWAG brown old crusty weed full of sticks and seeds and the price sky rocketed. Now they want close to sometimes more than $300 for an ounce of bud that looks like HEMP! Last time I visited here they told me one price on the phone, then argued and told me a higher price when I was there then I drove all the way home and the owner called me and apologized and said if I drove all the way back out there three cities away he will honor the price, so I went back for the ounce and he gives me a 20% off coupon, I tried to use it a week later and it was a whole new issue lol. During the pandemic I almost got robbed waiting in line to get in here a bunch of George Floyd protesters were trying to snatch my back pack I had to wait inside and call a ride because the dispensary guard noticed a group of people with masks on staring at me from across the street and then cross the street by me and stare at my bag it's sketchy area

If you are also a trans girl looking for a dispensary that does not call you a “guy” then unfortunately this is not it. I appreciate that they hire trans/non-binary peeps but I don’t deserve to be misgendered when just buying my medicine.

I wonder...DID the A.C. get fixed for the poor budtenders?! Im aware it's Nov but with all the reviews from last summer?? I NEED to ask! *UPDATE* I was so medicated i forgot to give my very much earned review for Cannabliss! So here goes 12/20/2021!

Th best shop for bud in Portland. More important is the quality of staff who are a delight . Every trip is a memorable one by the courtesy that is showed. Appreciated and noted

Shane is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people ever to work at a dispensary. Honestly had to walk away from the store because I didn't want support such toxic behavior.

Good variety, good prices for downtown, although whatever they consider "top shelf" is about the same price as what the street prices were before legalization. Since it's legal I think every weed should be top shelf, there's no valid reason to be selling inferior quality buds. Cannabliss is now Chalice Farms but I haven't noticed any changes. The pizza place Straight From New York that used to be in the same building closed a year ago Feb 2023 and the space is still empty. The pandemic changed downtown Portland drastically and it still hasn't recovered. The 24 hour convenience store across the street from Cannabliss now opens at 7 am. Places I used to go to at 6 am for breakfast don't open until 8 or 9 am.

The staff is very friendly and full of insightful product knowledge. Very high quality and diverse product selection, there’s something for everyone. Super convenient location right on my block. 5 Stars All Day. Love this place.
