Serra Dispensary Downtown

Compelled to write a review purely on the level of service provided by ABBY! I’ve been to many dispensaries but this experience was different. Abby was kind, informative, patient and just an all around pleasure to work with. We came to Serra for one item and walked out with four. Thanks for the fantastic experience, Abby and Serra!

Exemplifies a focus on the needs of customers who will benefit the most from their brand. An experience to appreciate in a time when it can be so tough for other retailers to nail it.

First time visitors to Portland and we had Exceptional service, the hostess possessed great knowledge of products even though she was only helping at the location we were at. We left happy and uplifted.

Hands down the most beautiful dispensary. Glass, museum-like displays of flower and smoking accessories. They have a fun neon sign to pose for Instagram. Real clean inside, bright and full of merchandise like stoneware pipes. They make their own chocolate! And have other Serra branded goodies. You can find medicated sodas here too. They get most of their bud from 2 farms that they have known and trusted. Bobby was our budtender and was incredibly knowledgeable about the various strains, what parents of the plants are AND how they make you feel AND what the tastes are like. Plus he was really friendly and you can tell he likes working there. Cash only. ATMs available. 21+ only. Have IDs.

This place is amazing! The store is beautiful and I love the plant wall! The customer service is really good. The guy spent 20 minutes with us answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable. If you go during the first hour of opening you get 10% off your entire purchase!

This is the bud boutique! Really upscale with a great selection. The budtenders were friendly and understood my sense of humor, so that went a long way! I'm a fan for sure.

This is my favorite Serra location! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and as a baby stoner this is my go to spot!
