Canteen Vending Services

Whoever's responsible for stocking the junk food in our vending machine is either a maniacal sociopath bent on the suffering of all mankind or is irreversibly out of sync with the snack related needs of the common person. I'm not blaming the person doing the hard work. I get they aren't the ones making the decisions. Who in their right mind stocks four, FOUR varieties of cheetos in one vending machine? Are three rows of peanut butter crackers entirely necessary? And what did plain M&Ms ever do to get cut from the list? We had peanut butter M&Ms at one point, and they were quite popular. A month later and that slot remains empty but for the ghost of it's former glory. The popular stuff that sells out never gets refilled but the junk no one likes remains and spreads like herpes.

DONT WORK HERE IT'S A HORROR PLACE TO WORK. THE MANAGER THERE SEXUALLY HARASSED ME THREE TIMES AND HARASSED ME EVERYDAY. I TOLD THE MANAGER AND HE FIRED ME!!! NO I DON'T RECOMMEND NOONE TO WORK HERE . THEY PLAY WITH YOUR CHECKS AND YREAT YOU LIKE A CHILD LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND IM SURE THEY ARE RACIST. THE LINR WORKERS ARE ALL BLACK AND THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE WHITE! I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!!

For months our company has had to repeatedly call and ask for service on the vending machines. This has never seemed to be of much priority for Canteen. Their Customer Service Manager came to our office a month or so ago to assure us this wouldn't continue. Today marks two days we have had empty machines after calling to request they fill the machines. This is possibly the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Today I called to have their machines picked up. They were unable to keep the machines stocked, however they are coming to pick up their machines tomorrow (was not a problem to get that done in a timely fashion). Then they sent someone from their company to come out here about an hour after my call to pick up the machines, to retrieve the money from the machines, but still no refilling being done. The rep that came out to retrieve the money refused to answer my boss' questions or even acknowledge. I highly recommend you use another service if at all possible.
