Coca-Cola Vending

Called the corporation asking for donations for water for a class reunion. This morning, I decided to follow up a second time concerning the donation for water. Today was the first time someone explained to me the proper protocol for asking for donations or sponsorships. I'm appalled with Coca Cola because I've spoken to at least six different people concerning donations and the ONLY person that took the time to walk me through proper protocol was Tony. He was very professional and I appreciated the time and patience he offered as he assisted me. I'm annoyed at the fact I spoke to several people who stated they would call me back and never did. I hope anyone that's asking for donations from Coca-Cola does not get the same customer service response that I received. Everyone I spoke asked if Steve called me back because he was the local contact for the zip coded I was askibg for donations. Not one time had he ever reached out to me. This is sad and unprofessional coming from an established company such as this one. I'm very disappointed with Coca-Cola Company 😤!!!!!

No complaints here. No overnight parking. Take 65th street exit go west to Murray, then turn left, go end of street.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You can't ever get to an actual person when you call the Little Rock facility, and when you call the call center the response I always get is "I'm in Oklahoma, there's nothing I can do except to transfer your complaint to a supervisor who will call you back." I've called five days in a row and get told the same thing every time, and NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. I wouldn't recommend Coca-Cola Little Rock ever to anyone.

They deliver to a local store here.Iam a disabled war vet I ask the if the would stock sugar free sprite and auger free tea.They said no in a rude way saying well there are other sugar free products here drink them.Well I don't like coke zero or.other products.What happen to tryoh8to make customers happy.Or why would you not want to stock products that sell?
