Canyon Springs Country Lodge

I am giving it 2 stars because it was a cute place and the staff was extremely friendly. Great location! I really wanted to enjoy it more after that but with the dead roach, 2 spiders in the bathtub and the horrible wreak of cigarette smoke, that just doesn't work for me. The bar was a nice touch but was empty on a Saturday night at midnight. The bed was not very comfortable either. I could have dealt with that if it didn't smell like someone had been living there and smoking inside constantly. I will not be back because of that.

Friendly staff and great place for drinks. My only complaint is I lost to my lady at darts. I'm sure she cheated. Thanks South End!

An absolutely awesome experience I had at the resort. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Couldn't be more happy with the front office everything I needed was provided for me with no problems.

Staff was nice and first and the room was clean over all and really big. My biggest problem was our room had fleas. I reported the day we checked in and the staff said someone would contact me regarding this issue no one ever did. I was bitten by fleas all night and at check out the informed that manager that I was not happy with my stay because of the flea her respond was she was sorry but the canyon lake has an epidemic or fleas. So basically she new about the fleas and did nothing. She has no resolution for the problem. She didn't offer and compensation for the problem I dealt with all night. I will not be staying her again.
