Capital Coney Island

First, requested a ham sandwich with Swiss cheese . Sandwich made incorrectly then thy want you to return and then the sandwich wii be replaced. Such sorry service . Really bring sandwich back? WhT about gas and time. This place is Not worth the aggravation!!!! Poor service and food Not worth it. Go to another restaurant.

Usually a wonderful place but for whatever reason the person who was taking orders decided to come to work with a bad attitude. Rude, horrible language, an definitely a cancer to your business. I chose to leave out of peace because I refuse to be tricked out my position. Blessings to all involved

Stopped in for lunch after church and there was no direction on wether we seat ourselves or not. Once seated, we waited at least 10-15 minutes and watched people come in AFTER us get menus while we were still sitting there waiting for our table to get cleaned because there were no clean tables to sit at when we went in. No one approached us to ask us if we wanted something to drink. Absolutely nothing! The worst service ever because there was no service! Only two servers on a busy Sunday afternoon? This place has gone down hill. We left and no one even said anything to us. We will not be back! Fredi’s it is from now on!

I can't do it very much love to give it a five star rating, but I can't. The place is unhappy. At least it was to me when I got my food. Lots of bulletproof plexiglass. Lots of old seating. And woman that I met who was the face of capital Coney Island, just seemed tired and unhappy. The food was terrific. It was plentiful and it was delicious. If you don't mind a sad atmosphere, you will eat to your heart's delight at Capitol Coney Island. In my humble opinion.

Another cliché cook whom can't just shut up and do what mediocre work he can. Wear a beard net you grease pirate, or consider letting that weak chin out by shaving for cleanliness, you bacterial hazard.Food: 1/5

I went to this Coney Island for the first time, and I ordered a chicken pita sandwich with Swiss and American cheese and a chicken tender dinner. The lady at the window was soo rude, she handed me my food and I said can I get barbeque sauce for my chicken tenders, she replied I already put ranch dressing in your bag for the chicken tenders. I said you can't assume everyone eats ranch dressing with their chicken tenders, she said well that will be $.80. I replied so you don't get one free sauce with your chicken tenders, she said well give me that ranch dressing back. I told her there is only one ranch dressing in the bag and I want that for my chicken pita, we went back and forth, she finally gave me the BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders. When I got home, they laid one slice of unmelted American cheese on one side and one slide of unmelted Swiss on the other, the food was horrible. So, I called back this morning hoping to speak with a manager, a lady answered I said good morning, can I speak with your supervisor, she said she is not in. I said okay what is her name, she said I don't know, we call her Mrs. B. I said okay do you know what time Mrs. B will be in, hell, I don't know, I'm not in her body, I can't tell you what time she will be in. I'm like OMG, I told her, so all the staff is just rude, she started yelling I'm not rude I am just trying to tell you and I hung up, too early in the morning for the negative behavior, neither to say I won't be going back here anymore. But by reading the reviews, it appears everybody is complaining about the same thing ESPECIALLY the red head lady in drive-thru and nothing is changing so I think management does not care. WOW!

I ordered a western omelet. It was the worse burnt omelet I ever had. I will not recommend them again

My Sister recommended I go here bcuz it was delicious, she must havn't eaten here in a while bcuz I came & it wasn't good at all. I got chili cheese fries and they didn't put enough chili on the fries & didn't add my America cheese like I ask. Only Swiss. I was very disappointed bcuz I had my mouth set for it. Chili also need some work

MY EXPERIENCE There were 4 cars in the drive thru AT 2AM when we pulled up. 5 minutes after we ordered THE LINE WAS CLEAR AND our food was delivered Hot and Fresh! The Server was courteous and professional.
