Slowest drive-thru ever...I’m not sure how many people are working in here. The inside is closed which I understand but if there’s no inside traffic why not have more people working the drive-thru??
Literally the worst Capital One. Over the many years of banking with this company, this bank is the worst one. Go to Severn Capital One. The staff over there is amazing. As for this one, it should be shut down.
The level of personal service and drive in bank service is abysmalll!!!
You closed another location, now people are having to wait in lines at drive thru up to 20 to 25 minutes, at least add another teller,1 teller for 3 lanes is not enough

drive threw sucks and doesn't let customers know the guidelines when deposit money. i had deposit a check for first time and was unaware of hold times and was not told before being deposited and the teller was rude
Worst bank ever. Incompetent staff, incompetent bank. Allows unauthorized transactions with no problem but makes the innocent victim pay the price. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE AGAIN!
