Terrible customer service. On 12-12-22 I went to the bank to withdraw some cash. I was standing in line waiting to get called by a clerk. I stood in the line for more than 3 mins waiting to be served. Two female bank tellers were at the window around the time that I walked in 3:30m and didn’t even acknowledge that I stood in the line waited to be call like any other customer does. I waited a little longer it was 3:40pm they still didn’t call me to help me. So I proceeded to use the ATM machine instead. My receipt shows that I used the ATM at 3:46pm.
I just made a withdrawal and stepped to the side to organize my money and call for a Uber and the black female security guard asked me if I was hanging out and told me I had to leave immediately! How disgustingly rude! Like ewww!! Very rude and ghetto!!!!
Great and smooth experience every time! The staff here are always friendly, kind and ready to help. You never have to wait too long when banking here.
The customer service I got hear when I visited was very poor. Their marketing manager marylene G was very unprofessional. The staffs here need more training on customer service, Especially those on the front desk/counter.
The staff are always polite, professional & very helpful , I have no complaints.
The ATM is always down at this location. This is the closest bank in the area, this is my second day here early in the morning and the ATM both the drive through and indoor are not operating properly, this has been going on for over a year. Capital one can do better.
Here now Monday, March 4, 2019, 9:24 as I’m typing this. Snow day definitely, but no ownership or responsibility to at the very least, give customers notice for the closure or delay of regular business opening hours. The faultyness of the ATM adds to the dismay. Poor ownership, poor management. No excuse for the lack of workmanship and responsibility to the consumer. They should let me manage. This wild.
They do NOT notarize a bill of sale for a CAR. Lady was very rude and said she does NOT notarize anything she does NOT want. Very unprofessional and will file a complaint.
Ever since they changed the old staff. Service has never been the same. Very poor service. I came to have something motorized and it took me an hour just to have someone acknowledged me. The lady that was supposed to help was just in there chatting with employees. Just bad service PERIOD.
It's really sucks to stop at this agency and get something done real quick.. It takes an all half of a day to see a tailer.. People have to bust they ass out there to get their accounts moving so come on.. You need to find a way to save your costumers time when they visit you not take my all day
