I was apprehensive about opening a bank account but Ivelisse R, the personal banker I spoke with put it all at ease. Ivelisse slowly walked me through every step. She made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on the decisions I made. Ivelisse is an absolute asset to the company. It is because of her going above and beyond, I will strongly recommend this bank and branch to everyone I know.
No one ever answers the phone. Lines are always long. Switched to another location. Sure miss the service I had in Bergen County...
DO NOT PARK IN LAUNDROMAT PARKING LOT. THEY WILL BOOT YOUR CAR AND CHARGE YOU $300 00. WELLS FARGO SHOULD NOT HAVE A ATM AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CRIMINALS BOOTING YOUR CAR USE THIS AS A CONVENIENT WAY TO GET PAID FOR THERE FRAUDELENT SERVICES. WELLS FARGO YOU ALSO NEED TO PUT SIGNS UP TELLING YOUR COSTUMERS NOT TO PARK IN LAUNDROMAT LOT.

Miriam Demande has terrible customer service and Roderick Arias is a rude supposedly supervisor and has no customer service skills who hire these people are clueless ??
I avoid visitig this place. slow service, no tellers. Throghtout the years it has come to worse. Only two tellers most of the days. ...I rather go to the one in Glendridge.
