Wells Fargo Bank

Any time I come here to use ATM there are homeless people inside. If they are not inside there’s some kind of substance abuser outside trying to earn a buck holding the door for me. I don’t even want to get out of my car, much less go inside alone with them to USE MY CARD! This needs to be handled. I just pulled up to this bank and two other cars saw these people and left. Not good !

Unfortunately I left out of the atm area 10 mins ago and the smell of the homeless people is still on myself and my sister who is currently throwing up do to the smell.

The hours of operation are horrible. We seriously need more banks that are open late. Or that banks human like TD. I arrive at 5:05pm and they are already closed. Most jobs finish at the same time so good luck seeing a rep. They were finishing with the customers inside and couldn't even ask me what I needed. Reps were inside doing nothing and I got turned away by security. All I needed was a temp card until I receive my new one via mail. Yet a woman came after me and got to speak to a rep. Seriously considering switching banks.

I am very disgusted with this bank. I completed a refi and went to deposit my check for the cash out portion and they treated me as if I was a thief. They wouldn't deposit my check. I am a professional and a Wells Fargo customer for years! I had to ask the title company to reissue a check and not even then would they allow my check to clear for 7 days!!!! When I had bills to pay with that. They are rude and condescending. Shame on you for treating loyal customers this way!

Never had a problem here especially because of Edwin DeLarosa. He has been the best banker to me I could possibly ask for. I walk in and go straight to him whenever I have any questions. Edwin has always assisted me no matter how busy he is and makes sure whatever the problem is gets resolved. the problem is usually something on my end lol The tellers all have been extremely nice and patient with me and trust me that goes along way because I'm all over the place and extremely busy. I will not bank anywhere else because of the employees. They take customer service and give it a new meaning. Im happy with this bank because of its employees and the customer service they provide. Wish I could give you guys a hundred stars THANK YOU!!!!

Do not bank here!!! They gave me a counterfeit $20 so when i went back in they said once i leave out the door it's not their problem and I'm responsible for checking my money!! I don't get paid to detect fraudulent bills when going to a bank u shouldn't feel you have to bring a counterfeit marker with u. The manager.. "zulainie ocasio-maza" was horrible she was worried more about getting ppl out the bank then about wondering why fake bills are in the bank

Five stars for service but ZERO stars for allowing a dangerous environment with homeless people basically LIVING in the lobby!!! Just now two drunk men were harassing all of us just trying to get money out!! DO BETTER, WELLS FARGO!!!

Have to wait 30 min in line to deposit money to my savings acc have you 2 tellers open u have a bigg line and have 3 ppl walking around one man standing by the door saying hello and goodbye, like hello open another reg and take care of the ppl on line . The teller taking there sweet time asking about ppl life and how many kids they have like your here to wk not interrogate

I came in for quarters and was told they would not exchange cash for quarters because I don't have an account with them. Really! It's just quarters and your a bank. So sad and petty from a big bank.
